7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

11.2 You may close your phtaya46 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
11.3 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phtaya46 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
